Rajendran is an accomplished civil engineering and project management professional with nearly four decades of experience in public infrastructure development and government administration. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu, and served in the Central Public Works Department from 1985 until his retirement as Assistant Engineer (Sub Divisional Officer) in September 2023.
  • During his distinguished career, he gained extensive expertise in structural design, project execution, contract management, maintenance of prestigious government buildings, e-governance systems, and financial administration. He also contributed to the development of CPWD e-governance initiatives and served in key roles with the Income Tax Department Valuation Cell and Tamil Nadu Trade Promotion Organisation. A recipient of the Director General Medal of CPWD for excellence in service, Mr. Rajendran is also a registered Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and currently serves on the boards of several listed entities.

  • During his distinguished career at Karur Vysya Bank, he held senior leadership positions and played a pivotal role in commercial banking, transaction banking, MSME growth, credit management, and business transformation initiatives. He brings deep expertise in strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, asset quality management, revenue optimization, and governance oversight. He does not hold directorship in any other listed public company.

Over the years, he has advised and worked with reputed organizations such as ITC Group, Taj Group, KTDC, RPG Group, Citi Bank, HSBC, HDFC Bank, and the Aircel Group, bringing valuable financial and operational insights to complex business environments.
  • Throughout his professional career, Mr. Krishnamoorthy has led assignments covering statutory and internal audits, business valuation, due diligence, corporate restructuring, transfer pricing, feasibility studies, and insolvency and bankruptcy advisory services. He has also served as an Independent Director in a listed company, contributing significantly to corporate governance and compliance frameworks. His strong analytical capabilities, strategic perspective, and commitment to ethical leadership continue to support organizations in achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
